Ingredients
Method
- Remove the thin membrane from the bone side of the ribs.
- Cut the rack into sections that fit comfortably inside your slow cooker.
- Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Add apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange the ribs inside and brush them with ½ cup of BBQ sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours, until tender.
- Carefully transfer the cooked ribs to a baking sheet.
- Brush with the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Broil for 2–4 minutes until the edges are browned and slightly sticky.
Notes
Watch the ribs closely while broiling because no-added-sugar BBQ sauces can darken quickly.
