In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, almond flour, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until just combined, then shape into medium-sized meatballs.
Lightly grease the slow cooker and place the meatballs inside in a single layer if possible.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or until the meatballs are fully cooked through.
Gently stir before serving so the meatballs are coated well in the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan cheese.
Serve warm.
