Method
- Slice the beef into thin strips and season with black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and quickly sear the beef for extra flavor.
- Add garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, beef broth, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to a bowl.
- Place the beef into the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours until the beef becomes tender.
- Add broccoli florets during the last 30–45 minutes of cooking to keep them slightly firm.
- Stir in butter for a richer sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
- Serve over cauliflower rice or your favorite keto side.
Notes
For the best texture, add broccoli near the end of cooking instead of at the beginning. This keeps the broccoli from becoming too soft while allowing it to absorb the garlic ginger sauce.
