Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 –4 fresh jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around them.
  2. Season chicken with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Add cream cheese, diced jalapeños, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
  6. Stir everything together until the cream cheese creates a smooth, creamy sauce.
  7. Mix in the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  8. Cook for another 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
  9. Top with green onions, extra jalapeños, and bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, keep some jalapeño seeds or add sliced pickled jalapeños.
  • Use chicken thighs for an even richer and juicier texture.
