Method
- Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
- Whisk together chicken broth, Dijon mustard, thyme, rosemary and garlic powder.
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Pour the Dijon mixture around the chops.
- Cover and cook on LOW.
- Start checking the pork after approximately 2 hours.
- Remove the chops once the thickest part reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Stir the heavy cream and butter into the cooking sauce.
- Return the pork chops briefly so they are coated in the Dijon herb sauce.
- Rest before serving.
