Method
- Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth around the chops.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic over the pork.
- Place the butter on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW.
- Start checking the pork after about 2 hours.
- Remove when the thickest part reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest for at least 3 minutes.
- Spoon the garlic-butter cooking juices over the pork before serving.
Notes
