Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb baby back or St. Louis-style ribs
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat them dry.
  2. Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, salt, pepper, cumin, and cayenne.
  3. Lightly rub the ribs with olive oil.
  4. Coat both sides generously with the dry seasoning mixture.
  5. Cut the ribs into sections and arrange them in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours, until tender.
  7. Carefully transfer the ribs to a baking sheet.
  8. Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the outside.

Notes

This is a good option when you want keto ribs without BBQ sauce and want to keep sauce-related carbs to a minimum.
