Method
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat them dry.
- Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, salt, pepper, cumin, and cayenne.
- Lightly rub the ribs with olive oil.
- Coat both sides generously with the dry seasoning mixture.
- Cut the ribs into sections and arrange them in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours, until tender.
- Carefully transfer the ribs to a baking sheet.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the outside.
Notes
This is a good option when you want keto ribs without BBQ sauce and want to keep sauce-related carbs to a minimum.
