  • lb ground beef 80/20 or lean
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes, drained slightly
  • 1 can 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked, then drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
  5. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
  9. Serve hot with keto-friendly toppings like cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
