Ingredients

  • lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cumin, and minced garlic.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the pork on all sides for extra smoky flavor.
  5. Place the pork tenderloin into the slow cooker and add chicken broth and butter.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours until the pork is tender and reaches a safe internal temperature.
  7. Remove the pork and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the pork tenderloin and spoon the smoky cooking juices over the top.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with keto-friendly vegetables.

Notes

For the best flavor, sear the pork before slow cooking to create a deeper smoky paprika crust. Let the pork rest before slicing to keep it juicy and tender.
