Season chicken pieces with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Add chili flakes and stir into the garlic butter sauce.
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Return cooked chicken to the skillet and coat well with the spicy garlic butter sauce.
Cook for another 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the flavors combine.
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
